Powerful, flexible and customizable

The HSF 100 of the spout series is ideally suited for producing spouted pouches and filling liquids. The separation of pouch production and pouch filling prevents contamination, particularly in the spout area. In addition, a significantly higher filling level can be achieved in the pouch by filling through the spout. The simplex version offers the best conditions for small to medium output rates of up to 70 pouches per minute.

The qualitative and efficient processing of recyclable packaging materials, such as mono materials, is possible.

Horizontal form, fill and seal machine (HFFS) spout series

Intermittent working rotary machine for forming flat or stand-up pouches with a center spout and filling through the spout.
